Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation, royalty, or restriction.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and taxes.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is settled. Refund eligibility depends on the specific product and timeframe described in our refund policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AspenRidge Time disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. In any case, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
